QUALIFICATION CRITERIA

• Minimum Age: 18 years and above
• Martial Arts Background: While formal experience as a fighter or coach is not mandatory, it is a strong advantage. However, having foundational knowledge of Muay Thai (or any other Martial Arts) is often necessary.
• Physical Fitness: You should be in good physical condition. This is important because refereeing involves physically demanding activities like moving around the ring and making quick decisions.
• Language Proficiency: Along with your regional language, Hindi and English are highly recommended.
