Golden Mongkhon International (GMI) is committed to maintaining unity, fairness, and professionalism in Indian Muay Thai. These policies ensure that all athletes, teams, and stakeholders represent India with integrity and adhere to international sports standards.
1. One Flag Policy
Golden Mongkhon International upholds the principle of national unity and pride. Therefore, only the Indian flag shall be carried, displayed, or raised during any international event under the Golden Mongkhon banner. Under no circumstances shall any other flag—whether representing religion, region, or personal affiliations—be displayed.
Violating this policy will be considered an act of division and an attempt to disrupt national unity by using a sports platform for personal agendas. Any individual found in breach of this rule will not be awarded a certificate of participation or merit, nor will they be permitted to compete in future events until they submit both a written and a video apology.
2. Funding Policy
Fighters and clubs are free to raise funds for their participation and may promote their funding campaigns independently. Golden Mongkhon International and its representatives will not interfere in these personal fundraising efforts or financial transactions. Participants are encouraged to seek support from their communities to facilitate their international representation.
3. Sponsorship Policy
Fighters, clubs, or teams wishing to display sponsor branding on their team outfits or kits must adhere to the following guidelines:
- Personal Sponsors: Individuals may feature personal sponsors on their team kits. However, a 25% contribution of the sponsorship amount must be paid towards the promotion of their individual sponsor at the international event. In this case, the sponsor’s logo will only appear on the sponsored individual, not on other athletes, coaches, or officials.
- Team India Sponsorship: Any sponsorship obtained for Team India as a whole will be divided as follows:
- 80% of the funds will be equally distributed among all fighters, coaches, and officials to ensure fairness.
- 20% of the funds will be allocated to Golden Mongkhon International to support operational and promotional efforts.
In this case, the sponsor will be promoted on every member of the Indian team. For more details on sponsorship packages and promotional discussions, please send inquiries to Partnership@goldenmongkhon.in or Hemanthkumar@goldenmongkhon.in.
4. Club & Team Promotion Guidelines
Golden Mongkhon International encourages fighters and teams to actively promote themselves and their clubs to garner local support and recognition. However, the following guidelines must be followed:
- Promotional banners must include “TEAM INDIA” prominently, covering 60% of the banner space.
- The remaining 40% must be equally divided among the Golden Mongkhon International logo, WMF logo, and the respective club logo.
- All designs must be submitted for approval before printing and displaying them at events.
5. Opening & Closing Ceremony Protocol
During the Opening and Closing Ceremonies and in any group photographs, only the Indian flag shall be held. This rule ensures uniformity, discipline, and the representation of India as a united force on the international stage.
By adhering to these protocols, we uphold the integrity, unity, and pride of Indian Muay Thai on the global platform. These guidelines serve to protect the dignity of our national representation while ensuring fairness and equal opportunities for all athletes and officials.
