Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Partnerships Specialist Intern to support our partnerships team. In this role, you will assist in identifying, managing, and maintaining relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders. You’ll also help execute partnership deliverables for events and campaigns, ensuring alignment with GMI’s goals and values.

This is a 3-month internship with the potential for extension or transition into a full-time position based on performance.

Internship Payment: ₹5,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential sponsors, brands, and organizations for partnership opportunities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements.
• Support the execution of partnership deliverables, ensuring compliance with agreed terms.
• Maintain an organized database of current and potential partners.
• Communicate with partners to gather feedback and ensure a smooth collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnerships into events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Track and report the performance of partnership initiatives, including ROI and engagement metrics.
• Assist with logistics and coordination during events where partnerships are involved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of partnerships, sponsorships, or business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or databases is a plus.
• Passion for Muay Thai or combat sports is highly desirable.
